The articles of association for the equity fund SKAGEN m2 are being amended following approval given by the Norwegian FSA on 18 June 2019, and the unanimous approval of the unit holder meeting held on 23 May 2019.

The fund has switched benchmark index from MSCI ACWI Real Estate IMI ex REITS to MSCI ACWI Real Estate IMI. The change to the articles of association entails that all instances of MSCI ACWI Real Estate IMI ex REITS in § 7  Unit Classes are replaced with MSCI ACWI Real Estate IMI.  The updated articles of association will be available on our website after 1 October 2019.

The change to the articles of association has been approved, and the implementation of the new index will take place on 1 October 2019. The fund's prospectus and KIID will also be updated and made available on our web pages.

SKAGEN does not charge any redemption fee, hence the securities funds' act stipulation that redemptions may be made free of charge in the event of changes to the articles of association is fulfilled.
