At the meeting SKAGEN voted, on behalf of SKAGEN Vekst which is a shareholder in the company, against three proposals related to the compensation policy for its management. The reason for the vote is that we do not find the compensation to be in line with best interest of all shareholders.

SKAGEN held 365 000 shares at the time of the meeting. This was equal to 1.7 percent of the company.
